In the past fifteen years we've grown from a small 3,000-barrels-a-year brewpub to one of the most successful craft beer companies in the nation. We now handcraft nearly 30,000 barrels of fresh beer each year and sell it across Colorado and 25 other states. Today Breckenridge Brewery continues to work hard to satisfy the thirsts of discerning beer drinkers. Richard's original recipes – and a handful of seasonal creations – are now handcrafted at our three Breckenridge Brewery locations in Colorado. In 1992 we opened our sister brewpub in downtown Denver, at 22nd and Blake Street. Just a block from Coors Field, home of the Colorado Rockies, our Denver brewpub is home to locals, baseball fans and Denver visitors who seek a quality meal and craft beer with character.

You will find us on draught and in bottles at fabulous bars and restaurants throughout the state as well as in six packs at your favorite liquor store. So, if you should get your hands on a Bristol beer, know that it was brewed fresh no more than a few hours from where you're sitting. We take extra care to make our beers better because we like to drink them. We hope you will, too.

A few short years ago, a New Year's resolution to visit every brewery in Denver sparked the passion for making their own beer in partners Danny Wang and Betty Fey. This elaborate new hobby of theirs evolved quickly until they ended up with their very own production brewery in a small warehouse space in Denver. Having luckily come by Odell's 5-Barrel brew system, Danny and Betty feel that good karma put some wind in their sail for making award winning beers such as the Lao Wang Spiced Asian Lager and Honey Matrimony Brown. Just to start with, their one and only account (for the time being) is at Lao Wang Noodle House, which sells the Lao Wang Lager exclusively at the family-run restaurant featuring authentic Chinese cuisine. With a large enough start-up system and a few holding tanks, there's plenty of room to grow and the sky is the limit for these two entrepreneurs, who throw caution to the wind and are chomping at the bit for new adventures.

We ignore costs, fads, and difficulty in creating our ales. And, while we are very serious about the art and business of beer making, we try to avoid taking ourselves too seriously. After all, we realize brewing a fine beer isn't exactly nuclear physics. It's something far more important.
