Correction – In last week's email bulletin, we identified the Sarus crane as the world's tallest bird. While the Sarus crane is the world's tallest crane, it is not the world's tallest bird! The Sarus crane can grow up to six-feet tall, but the ostrich can reach a whopping nine feet! We offer our sincere apologies to the ostriches and ornithologists who noticed our mistake.
Denver Zoo Closes Early on June 21 – Denver Zoo will close at noon on June 21 for preparations for Do At The Zoo. If you plan on visiting the zoo that day, please excuse our mess as we get set up for our big night!
