Tickets Limited for Boo After Dark - Celebrate Halloween early at the exclusive Boo At The Zoo After Dark, an evening event presented by Your Neighborhood Toyota Stores, on October 26 from 6:30 – 9:00 p.m. Families will be able to trick-or-treat at 25 stations around the zoo and enjoy music and entertainment. Tickets are $15 for adults and $10 for children and must be purchased in advance. Don't miss out!
Yesterday's Zoo Comes to Boo At The Zoo -
Join us for Boo At The Zoo, presented by Your Neighborhood Toyota Stores, on October 27 and 28, and meet "Thing," a character from the new children's book "Yesterday's Zoo." The book discusses why it's important to save all the world's living animals so they don't become residents of Yesterday's Zoo. Giant pages of the book will be scattered around Denver Zoo and the book's author, Shane DeRolf, will be on hand to sign copies at the Kibongi Market Gift Shop. Get Your Gorilla On - Join in the Denver Gorilla Run on October 27, a 5k run/walk where participants wear a full gorilla costume to show their support of the Mountain Gorilla Conservation Fund. The morning starts at the Wynkoop Brewing Company with a costume contest at 10:15, followed by the start signal at 11:00 a.m. After the run, join in a celebration at the Silverback Block Party on Wynkoop between 17th and 18th street. Register early and pick up your suit, yours to keep, at one of the Gorilla Gathering locations.

Dr. Fitzgerald DVD Release Show to Benefit
Denver Zoo - Denver Zoo's "In the Field - Africa" event celebrating our work in conservation biology is sold out! But, you can still support our efforts on October 17 by attending Dr. Kevin Fitzgerald's DVD release party at Comedy Works South. In addition to the full-length comedy show, guests will have the opportunity to purchase "A Wild Life" DVD and have it signed by Dr. Fitzgerald.
