Take a walk on the wild side with Denver Zoo’s Date Night: A Dash of Asian Spice. Get up close and personal with some friendly pachyderms, journey to the Far East with an Asian inspired feast and see what fortune has in store for you.

Evening schedule:

6-8 p.m.               Dinner served on Samburu Grille patio
6-9 p.m.               Zoo grounds open
6-9 p.m.               Giraffe building open
6-9 p.m.               Pachyderm building open
6-7:30 p.m.          Animal demonstration at the main gate

Menu Includes:

• Zucchini rolls with roasted red peppers
• Beef sate with spicy Thai peanut sauce
• Steam pork dumplings with spicy soy sauce
• Lo mein and crispy wonton salad
• Guests will select one of the following main entrees:
• Blacken teriyaki tuna on fried egg noodles
• Mongolian beef on bed of brown rice
• Sweet and sour pineapple chicken on a bed of brown rice
• Asian stir fry vegetables
• Deep fried green tea ice cream in a wonton shell
• (1) Complimentary glass of beer, wine or sake
• Beverages include: iced tea, soft drinks, coffee and water
