Q: Where are your restrooms located?
A: We have restrooms at the Main Gate, Gates Education Center, Congo Basin, Bird World, Tropical Discovery, Giraffes, and in the Feline buildings. See our map for locations. Full-service restroom facilities that accommodate the physically challenged are available in Tropical Discovery, Primate Panorama and the Gates Center. Baby changing stations are available at all locations.

Q: Do you have any family restrooms or a place for nursing?
A: Yes, family restrooms are available at the Main Gate and are private for nursing.  We also have a family baby changing area at the restrooms located in Primate Panorama.

A: Yes, for the safety of the animal collection, items such as balloons, confetti, flags, straws, boom boxes, loud toys, horns, laser pens, flashlights, stilts, etc., are not allowed.
