MEETINGS, RECEPTIONS & PICNICS:
DAYTIME EVENTS
The Zoo has two versatile options for daytime events. Both spaces have facility usage times but guests are able to enjoy access to the Zoo and its exhibits from 9:00 am- 5:00 pm. Guests will be provided with admission tickets to enter the Zoo and wristbands to identify your group for catering.
Located inside the Gates Education Center, Norgren Hall is our main indoor facility with large floor to ceiling windows and provides a spectacular view of Predator Ridge and the Gerenuk exhibits. It is equipped with a sound system, IPOD access, dimmer lights and can be broken down into three separate rooms to meet your needs. A podium, screen, projector and microphone are available and are included in your rental. Rental hours may be extended for an additional fee. Rental times are based on availability.
Conoco Zoo Gardens serves as our main outdoor venue and is a beautiful garden area spanning over an acre featuring a spacious covered picnic pavilion and two gazebos. The venue provides both covered and outdoor garden space. Depending on the size of your party, you can rent half of the pavilion or the entire facility.
Groups of 30 and under
Original Boardroom Includes 30 admission tickets

Norgren Hall (1Room) Includes 40 admission tickets

Norgren Hall (2 Rooms) Includes 88 admission tickets
Capacity: 160 people theater style / 88 people banquet style/ 120 people Cabaret style no seating

Conoco Zoo Gardens Includes 200 admission tickets for half of the pavilion
Capacity: 150 people theater style /150 people banquet style/ 120 cabaret style no seating

All Day cost (11:00-3:00 p.m.): $3500
Norgren Hall (All 3 rooms) Includes 200 admission tickets
Capacity: 250 people theater style / 200 people banquet style/400 cabaret style with no seating
4 Hours: $2300
8 Hours: $3000
Groups of 200 or more
Conoco Zoo Gardens Includes 500 admission tickets for the entire pavilion
Capacity: 400 people theater style /500 people banquet style (partially covered)/ 500 cabaret style no seating
Entire Pavilion 500 people
All Day cost (11:00-3:00 p.m.): $4500
ALL arrangements must be made at least 1 MONTH prior to your event. All dates are on a first come first serve basis. If event is less than one month out please call for availability.
