Many of you may have noticed some changes at Denver Zoo recently and we hope you like them. As part of our strategic plan initiative to better tell our story, Denver Zoo has revamped several of our communications channels. The result is a fresh new look that allows us to give you the stories of Denver Zoo in a more cohesive fashion.
ALIVE, our new Membership publication, launched in April, bringing a beautiful new design and more robust content to our entire membership database. This piece allows us to tell more in-depth stories of the animals and people that make Denver Zoo what it is today.
Our new website design is not only striking, but built for the needs of our users. Our increased presence in social media, including this blog, allows us to bring you information directly in the timeliest way possible. So follow our blog and follow us on Facebook, Twitter, YouTube and Instagram! Interact and comment. We want to hear from you and engage with you more! We’ll bring you a piece of the zoo daily through our social media outreach. We also will continue to bring you a weekly digest of information through the newly designed Zoo News email. You can get this information delivered directly to your email. Sign up today!
All of these efforts are based on input we gathered from our followers – YOU! The content and format of our communications efforts were designed based on survey results from our members and those that receive our email newsletter. Your input guided our decisions to take a look at all of our communications efforts and redesign them for your convenience.
We hope you enjoy our new and improved communication channels and that they increase your awareness of our efforts and inspire you to support our mission to secure a better world for animals through human understanding.
