Yes. However, we do not allow balloons, straws, music speakers, confetti, or pinatas for the safety of the animals. Also, we ask that any decorations be hung with removable tape only.
The health and well-being of the animals at our Zoo is extremely important. Therefore, the Animal Ambassadors that we use for these types of programs are on a schedule so that they do not become overused and stressed. Because of this, guests are not allowed to choose the animal and we can never guarantee that a specific animal will come to your party.
All animals at the Zoo are trained using positive reinforcement and free will training. They may at any time choose to leave an experience. If you are unsatisfied with your experience we may at our discretion refund the experience costs to you.
We do allow limited décor for the special day. Before planning your decorations, please consult with our team on approved items and those in which are NOT allowed into the Zoo.
The health and wellness of our animals are our first priority. Should an animal experience not be available for any reason, the Zoo will gladly refund any monies paid for such activity.
