Find out how dinosaurs measure up to our resident animals during DINOS! Live at Denver Zoo, brought to you by Your Hometown Toyota Stores. DINOS! features 21 dinosaurs around the zoo. Perfect for all ages, this exhibit offers the chance to see these prehistoric creatures brought to life among the Zoo's animals.

Join us every Friday & Saturday night for some fall fun! The event will feature our newest jack-o-lantern sculptures, in addition to our traveling exhibit, DINOS! Live at Denver Zoo. There will also be added entertainment such as pumpkin carving, cultural performances and live shows!

The 33rd annual Boo At The Zoo, presented by Your Hometown Toyota Stores, offers trick-or-treat stations and exciting family-friendly entertainment under the canopy of the beautiful fall foliage of Denver Zoo. Complete details about costume restrictions can be found under “additional information.”

Calling all ghouls & gals! DINOS! After Dark will feature new jack-o-lantern sculptures in addition to our traveling exhibit, DINOS! Live at Denver Zoo. Don’t forget to check out our beer garden, located in Conoco Zoo Gardens! A taster ticket is available which includes 10 samples in the beer garden. The event will feature live entertainment, pumpkin carving, and more fall fun! End the night with a Dinosaur Sex Talk, presented by Dinosaur Ridge. Dressing up is encouraged!
Sip and swirl your way through an evening of brushes, brews and bison at Denver Zoo’s next Watering Hole on November 8th! Paint a piece of art that shares YOUR bison conservation story in our version of the popular “canvas and cocktails” events. Get an inside perspective from Dr. Luis Ramirez, Denver Zoo’s Rocky Mountain Great Plains Director, about the Zoo’s critical role in grassland and bison conservation. Graze on light appetizers and imbibe in a selection of local beers (cash bar) while you paint with a purpose. This event is adults only, 21+. The evening will be hosted at the Zoo’s Norgren Hall; animals around various parts of the Zoo may not be seen.

Let your family be the first to experience a private evening of Zoo Lights before the events opening weekend. Together, you will enjoy dinner, hot cocoa, and crafts and activities to warm up throughout the evening that explore how animals adapt to winter habitats. Wake up to a warm breakfast and a before-hours private tour of the zoo. This bunk experience is a perfect way to celebrate the holiday season!
Don’t miss the chance to preview the region’s premier light show a full week before it opens! At the Zoo Lights Preview Weekend, on November 24 and 25, get the first glimpse of glowing animal sculptures that swing through trees, jump across lawns hide in bushes and appear in places where they’re least expected. Zoo Lights will span through 60 acres of Denver Zoo's campus, and includes nightly entertainment, animal encounters and Santa meet-and-greets. Running December 1 until December 31, Zoo Lights is one of Denver’s most anticipated events, which is a great opportunity for folks of all ages to enjoy the holidays or kick off the New Year with family, friends and colleagues.

Children are invited to celebrate New Year's Eve with a sleepover at Denver Zoo's Bunk with the Beasts adventure! They will explore Zoo Lights, and celebrate the New Year in a safe and fun environment, while parents get a night out on the town! The evening will include a pizza dinner, an evening snack and a warm morning breakfast.
