Predator Ridge

Restrictions

• Masks are required for select Up-Close Looks. Denver Zoo staff will provide them to participants as needed. For the safety of our animals, we are not able to accommodate medical exemptions for experiences that require masks.
• You and your group must also be willing to use provided hand sanitizer throughout the experience.
• Program is for up to 6 total individuals.
• All program participants must be at least 6 years of age or older.
• Program fee does not include admission to Denver Zoo–admission tickets must be purchased separately.
• Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a paid participant that is 16 years of age or older.
• Denver Zoo reserves the right to re-route or cancel any tour due to animal health or safety concerns. In the event of cancellation, efforts will be made to reschedule you on a later date.
• This program will occur rain or shine.
• You must check in at the Denver Zoo Concierge booth at least 15 minutes prior to the start time of your adventure. We are unable to accommodate late arrivals.
• This experience is non-refundable and non-transferable.
• All participants MUST have a paid ticket to take part in the encounter. Guests who have not purchased tickets will NOT be permitted to accompany paid participants for any part of the experience.
• This encounter is not recommended for guests with severe hay allergies or allergies to cats. Call for more information.
• There is limited access for service animals in Predator Ridge. Please call 720-337-1400 to confirm.
• PLEASE NOTE: This experience includes exclusive interactions with animal care experts and the ability to see animals that live behind the scenes. Due to safety regulations, guests will not have direct contact with the animals. Due to animal care needs, we cannot guarantee which species participants will meet ahead of time.
